Contest Terms & Conditions

Contest Period:
 

1. • Contest Duration: 1 August 2026 – 31 August 2026 

   • Only clients whose 5paisa trading accounts are successfully opened during the contest period using your referral link/code will be considered. 

    

   Eligibility Criteria:
    

   1. • Client must open a new 5paisa trading account through your referral link/code. 

      • The trading account must be successfully activated between 1 August and 31 August 2026. 

      • Client is successfully activated within 30 calendar days of account opening. 

    

   Rewards:
    

   1. • Earn on every eligible client.

      • No cap on earnings—the more eligible clients you onboard, the more you earn.

    

   Incentive Payout:
    

   1. • Incentives will be credited on or before 10 October 2026.

      • Payouts are subject to successful verification of contest eligibility.

    

   Disqualification:
    

   1. The following cases will not be eligible:
       

      • Fraudulent or suspicious activities.

      • Non-compliant accounts.

      • Any activity violating 5paisa policies.

    

   Important Notes:
    

   1. • TDS will be deducted as applicable under prevailing tax laws.

      • The terms mentioned above are illustrative and non-exhaustive. Additional eligibility criteria or contest conditions may apply.

      • 5paisa Capital Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or discontinue the contest at any time.

      • The Company's decision regarding eligibility, payouts, and interpretation of these terms shall be final and binding.

    

   How to Participate:
    

   1. • Share your referral link/code.

      • Help clients complete account opening.

      • Ensure they are successfully activated within 30 calendar days of account opening.

      • Earn rewards for every eligible client.
