5paisa Capital Limited – Consent & Data Access Terms

a) Consent through Journey Completion

By proceeding with and completing this journey, and by providing consent on the respective platforms, you hereby give your clear, informed and explicit consent to 5paisa Capital Limited (“5paisa”), its authorised persons, representatives and technology partners to:

access, fetch, receive, process and store information relating to your investments, including:

• Mutual Funds (via MF Central);

• Equity, ETFs, NPS and other financial / investment assets (via Depositories and/or FINVU / Account Aggregator framework or similar regulated systems).

Such access will be enabled only upon your authentication and approval on the respective platforms, through secure consent mechanisms.

b) Use of Information (Internal Purpose Only)

The information accessed will be used internally by 5paisa and/or its authorised persons for:

• understanding overall investment behaviour and profile;

• analytics, internal assessment and improving product and service relevance;

• business and risk management purposes, as may be applicable.

5paisa does not provide any investment advice, recommendation or portfolio management services based on such data. Any internal analysis carried out shall be non-advisory in nature.

c) Data Handling and Safeguards

Your information will be handled with appropriate safeguards and in line with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including requirements applicable to regulated intermediaries.

Data may be received through recognised and regulated platforms such as MF Central, Account Aggregators, and Depositories.

The information will be retained only for as long as required for the stated purposes or as required under applicable regulations.

d) Communication and Consent Mode

You may receive communication from 5paisa (via SMS, Email, WhatsApp or similar modes) containing a link to initiate this journey.

Your action on such link (including authentication and approval on the respective platform) will be treated as valid consent for the purposes set out herein.

e) Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time by:

• using the revocation facility available on MF Central / Account Aggregator / Depository platforms, or

• writing to [insert email ID].

Upon withdrawal, 5paisa will stop any further access of your data, subject to applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

f) Duration of Consent

Consent will remain valid:

• for the duration specified at the time of consent on the respective platform; or

• until withdrawn by you, where no duration is specified, in accordance with applicable law.

Where permitted, consent may allow periodic data access for the stated internal purposes.

g) Important Clarifications

• The data is sourced from third-party regulated systems, and 5paisa does not independently verify its accuracy or completeness.

• 5paisa shall not be responsible for technical issues, system delays or third-party dependencies beyond its control.

h) Your Acknowledgement

By proceeding, you confirm that:

• you are authorised to provide such consent;

• you understand how your data will be used by 5paisa;

• you agree to these terms.
