Twelve public issues worth ₹3,742 crore are opening this week, with nine companies also set to debut on the stock exchanges, as per Moneycontrol’s 24 August report.
Monday openings
Five offers opened for subscription on 24 August.
Symbiotec Pharmalab is the largest of the lot. It plans to raise ₹1,757 crore at the upper end of its ₹938-₹988 price band. The issue consists of a fresh issue of ₹150 crore and an offer for sale of ₹1,607 crore.
Hy-Tech Engineers opened a ₹135.7 crore issue, made up of a fresh issue of ₹60 crore and an offer for sale of 1.42 crore shares worth ₹75.7 crore. Its price band is ₹50-₹53 a share.
Skyways Air Services also opened on Monday. The company is looking to raise ₹582.8 crore through a fresh issue of ₹398.8 crore and an offer for sale of ₹184 crore, with shares priced at ₹131-₹138.
Two SME issues joined the list. Madhur Knit Crafts opened its ₹53.3 crore offer at ₹95-₹100 a share, while ABH Healthcare opened a ₹35 crore issue at ₹96-₹102 a share. These figures are from Moneycontrol.
Offers due later this week
More IPOs are lined up over the next four days.
Annu Projects and Sumax Engineering are due to open on 25 August, according to Moneycontrol. Annu Projects aims to raise ₹175 crore at ₹94-₹99 a share. Sumax Engineering is looking to raise ₹53.4 crore at ₹95-₹101 a share.
Lumino Industries is scheduled to open on 27 August. It plans to raise ₹700 crore, with a price band of ₹78-₹82 a share. Priority Jewels is due to open on 28 August and is targeting ₹91.5 crore at ₹190-₹200 a share.
On the SME side, Kwick Forensic Solutions will open a ₹51 crore issue on 27 August at ₹85-₹90 a share. Complete Sports & Management India and Paluck Technologies are set to open on 28 August, seeking ₹75 crore and ₹33 crore respectively. Their price bands are ₹128-₹135 and ₹46-₹48 a share. Closures this week
Two existing issues are also closing.
Tempsens Instruments (India)’s ₹650 crore public issue closes on 24 August, while Augmont Enterprises’ ₹825 crore offer closes on 25 August, as per Moneycontrol.
Scheduled listings
Nine companies are due to list this week.
Lalithaa Jewellery Mart and Horizon Industrial Parks are scheduled to debut on BSE and NSE on 24 August. Fascinate Textiles is set to list on NSE Emerge the same day. Sunshine Pictures and Shankesh Jewellers are due on 25 August.
Gaja Capital, Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds and Mopshop Distribution are slated to list on 26 August. Tempsens Instruments (India) is scheduled to debut on 28 August. These listing dates were reported by Moneycontrol.
Wider market
The busy week comes amid a still-active primary market. Reuters reported on 19 August that IPOs in India raised $2.36 billion in the first half of 2026. Earlier, Reuters reported on 3 June, citing LSEG data, that India was the world’s second-largest IPO market in 2025 after the U.S., with 367 listings raising $21.8 billion.
