The rally was led by sharp gains in ULTRACEMCO (+4.46%), GRASIM (+3.44%), and M&M (+3.34%), reflecting strength in cement and auto stocks. Additional support came from ETERNAL (+3.16%), TRENT (+2.68%), HDFCBANK (+2.67%), and BAJFINANCE (+2.19%), which further lifted the index. However, gains were partly capped by losses in BEL (-2.48%), MAXHEALTH (-2.32%), and WIPRO (-1.79%), along with declines in COALINDIA (-1.71%) and ONGC (-1.51%). Market breadth remained positive, with 30 stocks advancing and 20 stocks declining. 

The NIFTY 50 opened at 23,116.10, touched a low of 22,955.25, hit a high of 23,502.00, and closed at 23,408.80, up 257.70 points (1.11%). The index witnessed a sharp rebound from intraday lows as buying emerged in heavyweights, even as lingering concerns over the Iran–Israel conflict, crude oil trading above 100 per barrel, a weakening rupee, persistent FII outflows, and elevated global bond yields continued to weigh on overall sentiment. The RSI is rising near the 30 level, indicating that the index remains close to oversold territory. Near-term support levels are at 22778/22385, and resistance levels are at 24051/24445.

Gains were further supported by INDUSINDBK (+1.18%) and ICICIBANK (+1.02%), while UNIONBANK (+0.82%) and KOTAKBANK (+0.70%) also traded in positive territory. On the downside, some stocks limited the overall advance, with YESBANK (-1.54%), FEDERALBNK (-1.16%), PNB (-0.89%), BANKBARODA (-0.71%), and CANBK (-0.29%) closing lower. Market breadth remained moderately positive, with 8 stocks advancing and 6 declining.

However, some stocks limited the overall advance, with SBICARD (-1.40%), SHRIRAMFIN (-1.36%), and JIOFIN (-0.74%), along with HDFCLIFE (-0.28%) and SBILIFE (-0.17%), closing lower. Market breadth stayed positive, with 14 stocks advancing and 6 stocks declining. Near-term support levels are at 24687/24169, and resistance levels are at 26362/26880. 

The BSE SENSEX ended the session up 938.93 points (1.26%) at 75,502.85, supported by strong buying in key index heavyweights throughout the day. The rally was driven by gains in ULTRACEMCO (+4.22%), TRENT (+3.01%), HDFCBANK (+2.88%), and M&M (+2.86%), reflecting strength across cement, financial, and auto stocks. Further support came from ETERNAL (+2.80%), BAJFINANCE (+2.79%), ITC (+2.22%), and TATASTEEL (+2.04%), which helped push the index higher. However, some stocks restricted the overall gains, with BEL (-2.32%), SUNPHARMA (-1.25%), POWERGRID (-0.98%), BHARTIARTL (-0.82%), and NTPC (-0.59%) closing in negative territory. Market breadth remained positive, with 24 stocks advancing and 6 stocks declining. Near-term support levels are at 73348/72015, and resistance levels are at 77657/78990.
