The offer comprises a fresh issue of up to [*] equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 200.00 crores (Fresh Issue) and an offer for sale of up to [*] equity shares (Offered Shares) aggregating up to Rs. 800.00 crores, comprising up to [*] equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 544.41 crores by Vijaykumar Raghunandanprasad Agrawal, up to [*] equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 212.41 crores by Nimai Vijay Agrawal (together with Vijaykumar Raghunandanprasad Agrawal, the Promoter Selling Shareholders) and up to [*] equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 43.18 crores by Prabha Vijay Agarwal (the Promoter Group Selling Shareholder, and together with the promoter selling shareholders, the Selling Shareholders, and such offer for sale of equity shares by the selling shareholders, the Offer for Sale).
