  क्योंकि 5paisa और इसके सहयोगी विभिन्न वित्तीय सेवा व्यवसाय में लगे हुए हैं, इसलिए हो सकता है:- (क) पिछले बारह महीनों में विषय कंपनी से कोई मुआवजा (इस रिपोर्ट को तैयार करने के संबंध में) प्राप्त किया गया हो; (ख) पिछले बारह महीनों में विषय कंपनी के लिए सिक्योरिटीज़ का प्रबंधन या सह-प्रबंधित सार्वजनिक ऑफरिंग; (ग) पिछले बारह महीनों में इन्वेस्टमेंट बैंकिंग या मर्चेंट बैंकिंग या ब्रोकरेज सेवाओं के लिए कोई मुआवजा प्राप्त हुआ; (घ) विषय कंपनी के लिए बाजार निर्माण गतिविधि में लगी उत्पादों या सेवाओं के लिए क्षतिपूर्ति प्राप्त हुई; (e).
  
  5paisa और इसके सहयोगी सामूहिक रूप से अपने स्वामित्व में नहीं हैं (अपनी स्वामित्व स्थिति में) 1% या अधिक विषय कंपनी की इक्विटी सिक्योरिटीज़ जो रिपोर्ट में उल्लिखित हैं, रिपोर्ट के प्रकाशन से पहले महीने के अंतिम दिन के अनुसार नहीं हैं.
  
  इस रिपोर्ट की तैयारी में लगे हुए रिसर्च एनालिस्ट या उसके रिलेटिव (क) के पास इस रिपोर्ट में उल्लिखित विषय कंपनी/इक्विटी में कोई फाइनेंशियल हित नहीं है; (ख) रिपोर्ट में उल्लिखित विषय कंपनी की इक्विटी सिक्योरिटीज़ का 1% या अधिक नहीं है, जो रिपोर्ट में दिए गए पिछले दिन के अनुसार रिपोर्ट में उल्लिखित है; (ग) रिसर्च रिपोर्ट के प्रकाशन के समय ब्याज का कोई अन्य सामग्री संघर्ष नहीं है.
  
  इस रिपोर्ट को तैयार करने में लगे रिसर्च एनालिस्ट:- (क) पिछले बारह महीनों में विषय कंपनी से कोई क्षतिपूर्ति प्राप्त नहीं हुई है; (ख) ने पिछले बारह महीनों में विषय कंपनी के लिए प्रतिभूतियों के प्रबंधन या सह-प्रबंधित सार्वजनिक पेशकश का प्रबंधन नहीं किया है; (ग) पिछले बारह महीनों में इन्वेस्टमेंट बैंकिंग या मर्चेंट बैंकिंग या ब्रोकरेज सेवाओं के लिए कोई क्षतिपूर्ति नहीं प्राप्त की है; (ड़) ने विषय कंपनी या थर्ड पार्टी से कोई क्षतिपूर्ति या अन्य लाभ प्राप्त नहीं किए हैं; (च) ने विषय कंपनी के अधिकारी, निदेशक या कर्मचारी के रूप में कार्य नहीं किया है; (जी) विषय कंपनी के लिए बाजार निर्माण गतिविधि में कार्य नहीं किया है.
