Accel-backed fintech platform Moneyview is seeking a valuation of up to ₹59.85 billion, or about $623.89 million, as it prepares to open its initial public offering for subscription on September 24.

The company is heading to the market with a smaller offer than originally planned. Its IPO will now include ₹7.5 billion worth of fresh shares alongside an offer for sale of up to 100.49 million shares by existing investors.

Moneyview had earlier proposed a fresh issue of ₹15 billion and an OFS of 136.1 million shares in its draft red herring prospectus. The company did not immediately specify a reason for reducing the size of the offer.

Founders and existing investors to sell shares

Promoters Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal will each sell up to 13.55 million shares through the OFS.

Existing investors Accel, Tiger Global and Ribbit Capital will also sell stakes as part of the public offering.

Moneyview, formerly known as Whizdm Innovations, offers financial products through a network that includes banks, non-bank lenders, insurers and other financial institutions.

The company plans to use the proceeds from the IPO to support growth in loan disbursals, invest in a subsidiary and meet general corporate requirements.

IPO closes September 28

Anchor investors will be able to bid for shares on September 23, a day before the IPO opens to public subscription.

The offer is scheduled to close on September 28, while Moneyview’s shares are expected to begin trading on October 1.

The IPO comes as activity in India’s primary market has gathered pace in the second half of 2026, following a quieter first half amid geopolitical tensions.

FY26 revenue rises 43.3%

Moneyview enters the IPO process after reporting growth in both revenue and consolidated profit before exceptional items in fiscal 2026.

Its consolidated profit before exceptional items increased 65.4% to ₹3.97 billion during the year.

Revenue rose 43.3% to ₹33.51 billion, helped by higher fees and commissions collected from users, according to the company’s annual report.

With the offer now scaled down from its original proposal, Moneyview will begin taking anchor bids on September 23 before opening the issue to public investors the following day.
