Surya Roshni Reports Dematerialisation of 1,230 Shares in August
Last Updated: 11th September 2026 - 04:33 pm
Surya Roshni recorded the dematerialisation of 1,230 shares during August 2026, according to details submitted by the company to the stock exchanges on September 11.
The shares were processed through Mas Services Limited, Surya Roshni’s registrar, during the month. The accompanying dematerialisation report lists two transactions covering a total of 1,230 shares.
Share Certificates Cancelled After Verification
Once the shares moved into dematerialised form, the corresponding physical share certificates were verified, cancelled and mutilated.
The company’s records were also updated to reflect the depository as the registered owner of the shares. Surya Roshni said this process was completed within the stipulated period.
The August report includes a transaction involving 200 shares in the name of Jethwa Samir Nanjibhai. Taken together, the two entries in the report account for the 1,230 shares dematerialised during the month.
August Update Forms Part of Depository Compliance
Surya Roshni submitted the monthly details under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
The certificate covers shares that completed the transition from physical certificates to electronic holdings during August and confirms the corresponding changes made to the company’s records.
The September 11 submission deals specifically with this dematerialisation process and does not contain any separate business, financial or operational update from Surya Roshni.
