Tech Mahindra shares fell up to 4% on October 12 ahead of board meetings scheduled for October 15 and 16, 2026. Tech Mahindra said its board would meet on those dates to consider the company’s audited Q2 FY27 and half-year results, along with proposals for an interim dividend and a bonus-share issue.
Tech Mahindra said in an exchange filing that its board would consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The company said the audited results would be considered and declared on October 15, 2026.
At 1:35 pm on October 12, Tech Mahindra shares were trading at ₹1,455.9 apiece, down 4%.
The proposed bonus issue would be the company’s first since March 2015, according to the reported company filing details. Tech Mahindra issued one bonus share for every share held in that issue.
Telecommunication accounted for more than 32% of Tech Mahindra’s consolidated top line in the June quarter. The company received more than 75% of its revenue from the United States and Europe.
US and European telecommunications companies ended lower on Friday after SpaceX acquired low-band spectrum, with concerns reported about competition from satellite-based mobile services.
