Belrise Industries is launching a ₹2,150 crore book-built IPO. The company manufactures safety-critical automotive components, including metal chassis systems, polymer parts, suspension, exhaust, and mirror systems. Its products serve two-, three-, and four-wheelers, commercial and agri-vehicles. Clients include Bajaj, Hero, Honda, JLR, and Tata Motors. As of June 30, 2024, Belrise operates 15 plants and supplies 27 OEMs globally, positioning it as a key player in India’s auto components sector.
