Knowledge Realty Trust REIT Ltd is set to launch a ₹4,800 crore IPO. It is India’s largest office REIT by Gross Asset Value and ranks second globally by leasable area. As of March 2025, its 30 Grade A office assets span 46.3 million sq. ft. across six major cities, with 91.4% committed occupancy and a tenant mix that includes Fortune 500 firms and top Global Capability Centers.

Knowledge Realty Trust Objectives
