Mangal Electrical Industries Limited is launching a ₹400 crore IPO. The company manufactures transformers (5 KVA–10 MVA) for power distribution and transmission, alongside trading CRGO/CRNO coils and amorphous ribbons. It also offers EPC services for electrical substations. Products, marketed under the “Mangal Electrical” brand, include laminations, wound cores, assemblies, and circuit breakers. With five plants in Rajasthan, it has annual capacities of 16,200 MT CRGO, 10,22,500 KVA transformers, 75,000 ICB units, and 2,400 MT amorphous cores.

Mangal Electrical Industries Objectives

1. The company plans to utilise the funds for repayment or prepayment, either fully or partially, of certain outstanding borrowings.
2. A portion of the proceeds will be allocated towards capital expenditure, including civil works, to expand the facility in Reengus, Sikar District, Rajasthan.
3. The funds will also be used to meet the working capital requirements of the company.
4. The remaining amount will be deployed for general corporate purposes.
