SAMHI Hotels Limited IPO is all set to open from 14th September to 18th September 2023. The company is a branded hotel ownership and asset management platform in the country. The IPO includes a fresh issue of 95,238,095 equity shares worth ₹1200.00 cr and an Offer For Sale (OFS) of 13,500,000 equity shares worth ₹170.10 cr. The total issue size is ₹1,370.10 cr. The share allotment date is 22nd September, and the IPO will be listed on 27th September on the stock exchanges. The price band is ₹119 to ₹126 per share and the lot size is 119 shares.    

JM Financial Limited and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited are the book-running lead managers for this IPO, while KFin Technologies Limited is the registrar.

Established in 2010,  SAMHI Hotels Limited is a branded hotel ownership and asset management platform in the country. 

SAMHI's hotels manage and operate renowned hotel brands such as Courtyard by Marriott, Sheraton, Hyatt Regency, Hyatt Place, Fairfield by Marriott, Four Points by Sheraton, and Holiday Inn Express. The company has divided its hotel portfolio into three categories based on its brand classifications, which include: i) Mid-scale ii) Upper Mid-scale iii) Upper Upscale and Upscale. With the brand affiliation, the company has access to a wide range of benefits, including participation in the operator's loyalty programs, access to management and operational expertise, online reservation systems, and effective marketing strategies. 

As of March 31, 2023, SAMHI Hotels has a diverse portfolio comprising 4,801 rooms spread across 31 operational hotels strategically located in 14 major urban areas across India. These include prominent cities like Bengaluru in Karnataka, Hyderabad in Telangana, Delhi NCR, Pune in Maharashtra, Chennai in Tamil Nadu, and Ahmedabad in Gujarat. Additionally, the company is actively developing 2 new hotels, with a combined room count of 461, in Kolkata and Navi Mumbai.
