Auto Tyres & Rubber Products company Apollo Tyres announced H1FY25 & Q2FY25 results Q2FY25 Financial Highlights: Revenue Rs 64,370 million YoY +2.5%. EBITDA Rs 8,779 million YoY -24.3%. EBITDA Margins 13.6% YoY -483 Bps. ROCE 13.5%. Net Debt / EBITDA 0.8x. H1FY25 Financial Highlights: Revenue Rs 127,719 million YoY +2.0%. EBITDA Rs 17,871 million YoY -19.2%. EBITDA Margins 14.0% YoY -366 Bps. ROCE 11.1%. Net Debt / EBITDA 0.8x. Other Highlights: Net debt at the end of Sept’24 increased by Rs 4.6 billion, compared to Mar’24. The increase in net debt was driven by increase in short term borrowings, which was in turn impacted by higher working capital. We continue to pare down long term debt, which was down by Rs 7.6 billion in September 2024 compared to March 2024. Net Debt / EBITDA increased marginally in Sept’24 compared to Mar’24.
