Construction & Engineering company NCC announced H1FY25 & Q2FY25 results Q2FY25 Financial Highlights: The company reported a turnover of Rs 4,480.03 crore (including other income for Q2FY25 as against Rs 4,311.68 crore in the Q2FY24. The Company has reported EBIDTA of Rs 401.18 crore and Net Profit of Rs 160.55 crore as against Rs 278.52 crore and Rs 69.04 crore reported respectively in the Q2FY24. The company has reported Basic & Diluted EPS of Rs 2.55 for 2nd quarter as against Rs 1.10 in the Q2FY24. H1FY25 Financial Highlights: The company has reported a turnover of Rs 9,227.39. crore (including other income) for the six months period of the current year as against Rs 8,177.63 crore in the H1FY24. The company has reported EBIDTA of Rs 840.82 crore and Net Profit of Rs 361.29 crore for the six months period ended 30th September, 2024 as against Rs 659.11 crore and Rs 231.30 crore reported respectively in the H1FY24. The company has reported Basic & Diluted EPS of Rs 5.75 for the six months period as against Rs 3.68 in the H1FY24. In the second quarter of the current year, the company has secured orders aggregating to Rs 4760 crore and the Order Book stood at Rs 52,370 crore on a consolidated basis as at 30th September, 2024.

Construction & Engineering company NCC announced Q1FY25 results: NCC reported a turnover of Rs 5,558.33 crore (including other income) on a consolidated basis in Q1FY25 as against Rs 4,406.72 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, an increase of 26% on YoY basis. The Company has reported EBIDTA of Rs 477.91 crore and Net Profit attributable to Shareholders of the Company of Rs 209.92 crore, as against Rs 409.21 crore and Rs 173.54 crore respectively reported in the corresponding quarter of previous year. The Company reported Basic & Diluted EPS of Rs 3.34 for first quarter as against Basic & Diluted EPS of Rs 2.76 in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. In Q1FY25, the Company has secured orders aggregating to Rs 408 crore (including change in scope) and the Order Book stood at Rs 52,626 crore on a consolidated basis as on 30.06.2024.

Construction & Engineerring company NCC announced Q4FY24 & FY24 results: - NCC Limited reported a consolidated turnover of Rs 6,530.05 crore for Q4FY24, which marks an increase of 31% from the previous year. - The standalone turnover amounted to Rs 5,487.69 crore for the same period, representing a 36% increase YoY. - For the quarter ending March 31, 2024, the company's consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders was Rs 239.16 crore, showing a growth of 25%. - On a standalone basis, the net profit for the quarter was Rs 187.36 crore, slightly up from the corresponding quarter of the previous year. - The consolidated Basic & Diluted EPS for the fourth quarter stood at Rs 3.81, while the standalone Basic & Diluted EPS was reported at Rs 2.99. - For the financial year 2023-24, the consolidated Basic & Diluted EPS is Rs 11.32, and the standalone Basic & Diluted EPS is Rs 10.06. - The Board of Directors recommends a dividend of 110% (Rs 2.20 per share on a face value of Rs 2/- each), subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting. - During the year, NCC Limited secured new orders worth Rs 27,283 crore and reports an order book at Rs 57,536 crore.

Construction & Engineering company NCC announced Q1FY24 results: Consolidated Q1FY24: NCC has reported a turnover of Rs 4,406.72 crore (including other income) on a consolidated basis in Q1FY24 as against Rs 3,350.91 crore in Q1FY23, an increase of 32% on a YoY basis. EBIDTA of Rs 409.21 crore and Net Profit of Rs 173.54 crore as against Rs 307.87 crore and Rs 129.64 crore respectively reported in Q1FY23. The Company reported Basic & Diluted EPS of Rs 2.76 for Q1FY24 as against Basic & Diluted EPS of Rs 2.13 and Rs 2.12 respectively in Q1FY23. Standalone Q1FY24: The Company achieved a turnover of Rs 3,865.95 crore (including other income) in Q1FY24 as against Rs 2,989.73 crore in Q1FY23, an increase of 29% on a YoY basis. Company has reported EBIDTA of Rs 380.59 crore and Net Profit of Rs 162.26 crore as against Rs 281.24 crore and Rs 120.03 crore reported respectively in Q1FY23. Basic & Diluted EPS of Rs 2.58 as against Basic & Diluted EPS of Rs 1.97 in Q1FY23. In Q1FY24, the Company has secured orders aggregating to Rs 8,154 crore (including change in scope) and the Order Book stood at Rs 54,110 crore on a consolidated basis as on June 30, 2023.
