Opportunities

1. Growing adoption of cloud, hybrid IT infrastructure and digital transformation can expand demand for IT operations management solutions.

3. The proposed AI Innovation and Experience Laboratory can support development and demonstration of AI-enabled products.

4. Expansion through international channel partners can broaden the Company's geographic customer base.

5. Cross-selling additional Infraon modules to existing customers provides scope to deepen customer relationships.

Threats

The Indian IT Operations and Service Management market was valued at approximately US$1,011.55 million in 2023 and is projected to reach around US$2,665.58 million by 2031, representing an expected CAGR of 12.9% between 2023 and 2031.

Growth in the segment is being supported by enterprise digitalisation, cloud adoption, increasingly complex IT environments and greater use of artificial intelligence and automation. Organisations operating across hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure also require tools that provide centralised monitoring, service management and automation across multiple technology environments.

EverestIMS operates across these areas through its Infraon portfolio and offers both cloud and on-premises deployment. The Company also plans to expand the use of AI within its products and proposes to establish an AI Innovation and Experience Laboratory using part of the fresh issue proceeds.
