Icon Facilitators Limited (IFL) is set to release its IPO on June 24, 2025. Incorporated in 2002, the company is a prominent player in India’s facilities management space, delivering integrated technical and support services. From HVAC management and water treatment to electrical systems and fire safety maintenance, IFL provides a full stack of both hard and soft facility services across the country.
Headquartered in Northern India with 127 operational sites, Icon Facilitators has also recently expanded into South India, with Bengaluru as its latest strategic footprint.
