Rama Telecom Limited is set to release its IPO on June 25, 2025. Incorporated in July 2004, the company offers customised end-to-end networking solutions within the telecom and datacom sectors. The promoters of the company are Mr. Rama Kant Lakhotia, Mrs. Neena Lakhotia, Ms. Nikita Lakhotia, and Ms. Simran Lakhotia.

The company has expertise in optical fibre technology, including OFC laying, Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), and infrastructure development. Their notable clients include Indian Railways, Airtel, IOCL, and the Airport Authority of India.
Rama Telecom partners with OEMs and distributors such as Nokia, D-Link, Tejas Networks, Exide, Aaram Plastics, Mescab, Mrotek, Puncom, Statcon, Team Engineers, and Webfil to strengthen their solution offerings.
