About Sar Televenture
SAR Televenture Limited, founded in May 2019, focuses on delivering telecommunications solutions to network operators. The firm specializes in the construction and commissioning of 4G and 5G towers, optical fiber cable (OFC) systems, and network infrastructure.
SAR Televenture, a registered Infrastructure Provider Category I (IP-I) with the Department of Telecommunications (DOT), rents out developed sites such as GBT/RTT/Pole sites and Out-Door Small Cells. In addition, the corporation builds and manages assets such as Dark Fibers, Right of Way, Duct Space, and Towers, which are available for lease, rent, or sale to Telecom Services licensees.
The firm also offers full project management services, such as duct and optical fiber cable laying, transmission and telecom utility construction, dark fiber leasing, optical fiber network building, and optical fiber project turnkey services. These services are available to telecom network operators, broadband service operators, and ISPs throughout Maharashtra.
As of May 31, 2024, SAR Televenture had 413 leased towers in several locations, including West Bengal, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Chandigarh, Odisha, Jharkhand, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
The firm has ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 certifications.
On January 3, 2023, SAR Televenture purchased 100% of the equity share capital of SAR Televentures F.Z.E, United Arab Emirates from Shoora Capital Ltd. This business concentrates on the laying and installation of fiber cables and trade networks.
