Savy Infra & Logistics Limited is launching its IPO on July 21, 2025. Incorporated in January 2006, the company is an EPC contractor with core expertise in earthwork and foundation preparation for infrastructure development, including road construction, embankments, sub-grade preparation, and surface paving. The promoters are Tilak Mundhra and Liladhar Mundhra. Savy Infra also offers demolition services and operates an asset-light business model by renting vehicles, drivers, and machinery such as rock breakers and mechanical excavators.
