Silky Overseas Limited is set to launch its IPO on June 30, 2025. Incorporated in 2016, the company is a textile manufacturer engaged in producing bedding essentials, including mink blankets, bed sheets, comforters, and textile yarns under the brand name Rian Décor. The company also ventured into protective gear manufacturing, including PPE kits and coveralls, during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Silky Overseas operates integrated manufacturing facilities in Gohana, Haryana, handling knitting, dyeing, processing, printing, and packaging under one roof. The company serves both domestic markets and exports to regions like the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia.
