Spunweb Nonwoven Limited is set to release its IPO on July 14, 2025. Incorporated in 2015, the company is engaged in manufacturing and supplying nonwoven fabrics primarily used in doormats, bags, carpets, and tarpaulins. The promoters of the company are Jay Dilipbhai Kagathara and Kishan Dilipbhai Kagathara.

The company operates a manufacturing unit in Rajkot, Gujarat and exports to markets including the U.S.A., United Arab Emirates, Italy, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Kenya, and Nigeria. The product portfolio comprises hydrophobic, hydrophilic, and UV-treated fabrics. Key clients include companies from the hygiene, medical, packaging, agriculture, and construction industries.
As of May 31, 2025, Spunweb Nonwoven employed 199 individuals and utilised advanced technologies such as Universal Tensile Testing and Cleanroom spunbond processes for quality assurance.
