Book Closure date from Wednesday 23rd day of September to Tuesday 29th day of September 2026. 4. Appointment of CDSL as the intermediaries for the purpose of Evoting at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. 5. The appointment of M/s.G.R.Gupta & Associates as the Scrutinizers for the purpose of e-voting process to be conducted in connection with the ensuing AGM.
