IPO Synopsis
Public offer of 25,81,100 equity shares of Rs.10 each (equity shares) of ICRA limited (ICRA or company) through an offer for sale by IFCI Limited, administrator of the specified undertaking of the Unit Trust of India and State Bank of India, (selling shareholders) for cash at a price of Rs.330/--per equity share aggregating Rs.85.18 Crores (offer). The offer shall constitute 25.81% of the fully diluted post-offer capital of our company. Offer Price is Rs.330/- Per equity share of face value Rs.10.
