IPO Synopsis
Public issue of 10,000,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs.168 per equity share aggregating Rs.168 crores (the Issue). The issue comprises a net issue to the public of 9,000,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (the Net Issue) and a reservation for eligible employees of 1,000,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, at the issue price. The issue will constitute 44.9% of the total post issue paid-up equity capital of the company.
