IPO Synopsis

Public Issue of 90,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 120 per equity share aggregating Rs. 108 crores by Tulip IT Services Limited (the company or issuer) (hereinafter referred to as the issue) comprising 9,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- reserved for eligible employees of the company and a net offer to public of 81,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. The issue would constitute 31.03% of the fully diluted post issue paid up capital of the company. The net offer to the public would constitute 27.93% of the fully diluted post issue paid up capital of the company. The Issue price is 12 times of the face value.
