Incentive to Referrer: ₹300 Referral Reward + 30% Brokerage Sharing* + ₹50 SIP Reward*

Terms & Conditions

  1. This offer is applicable only for referrals made through the official Refer & Earn section of the 5paisa App using the Referrer's unique referral link or referral code.
  2. Unique Referral Link & Code: The Referee must initiate and complete the account opening journey using the unique referral link/code shared by the Referrer. If the Referee opens an account through any other source, campaign, advertisement, or referral link, the referral shall not be attributed to the Referrer.
  3. Referrer: A Referrer is an existing eligible 5paisa customer who refers a prospective customer to open a Trading and Demat account using their unique referral link.
  4. Referee: A Referee is a prospective customer who opens a Trading and Demat account with 5paisa through the unique referral link of a Referrer.
  5. Successful Referral: A referral shall be considered successful only when:
    • The Referee successfully opens and activates a Trading and Demat account with 5paisa;
    • Account opening is completed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and company policies; and
    • The Referee completes at least one eligible trade in the account.
  6. ₹300 Referral Reward: The Referrer shall be eligible to receive ₹300 for every successful referral once the Referee completes their first eligible trade after account activation.
  7. 30% Brokerage Sharing Benefit: The Referrer shall be entitled to receive brokerage sharing equivalent to 30% of the brokerage generated by the Referee, subject to the prevailing referral program structure, applicable taxes, deductions, and company policies.
  8. ₹50 SIP Reward: The Referrer shall be eligible to receive ₹50 per SIP order fulfilled by the Referee, subject to all the following conditions:
    • The SIP must be initiated through the 5paisa 2.0 App.
    • The SIP must be created after successful account opening through the referral journey.
    • The minimum SIP amount must be ₹100.
    • At least two successful SIP instalments must be completed.
    • SIPs created through the old version of the 5paisa App shall not be eligible for this benefit.
    • The SIP reward shall be credited only after verification of all eligibility criteria.
  9. Mandatory 5paisa 2.0 App Usage for SIP Reward: The SIP-related reward is exclusively applicable for SIPs created through the 5paisa 2.0 App. SIPs created on legacy or older versions of the application or through any other channel shall not qualify for the SIP reward.
  10. Referral Validity: The Referee must complete account opening within 90 days from the date of referral. Referrals not converted within this period shall not be eligible for rewards.
  11. Exclusion of Existing Customers and Leads: Referral benefits shall not be applicable where the Referee already exists in the 5paisa database as:
    • An active client;
    • An inactive client;
    • An existing lead/prospect; or
    • A customer acquired through any other acquisition source before the referral.
  12. Reward Credit: Eligible rewards shall be credited to the Referrer's trading account or any other mode determined by 5paisa, subject to verification and fulfilment of all applicable conditions.
  13. TDS and Taxes: Applicable taxes, including TDS and other statutory deductions, shall be deducted from referral rewards as per prevailing laws.
  14. Referral Quality Check: All referrals shall be subject to internal quality and compliance verification before any reward payout. 5paisa reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reject any reward where suspicious, fraudulent, or non-compliant activity is observed.
  15. Account Opening and Verification: All account opening, verification, onboarding, trading validation, and SIP validation processes shall be carried out solely by 5paisa. The company reserves the right to reject any application based on internal policies, compliance requirements, risk parameters, or regulatory guidelines.
  16. Reward Eligibility Verification: 5paisa reserves the right to conduct additional checks and audits before crediting any referral, brokerage sharing, or SIP rewards.
  17. Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of rewards, termination from the program, and legal action:
    • Spamming or unsolicited mass communication;
    • Bulk messaging, SMS, email, or social media promotion;
    • Publishing misleading information about 5paisa products or services;
    • Fraudulent account creation or attempted misuse of the program;
    • Creating self-referrals or referrals through family/friends solely for the purpose of reward abuse;
    • Buying, selling, or transferring referral benefits;
    • Organizing contests, campaigns, or promotional activities around the referral program without written approval from 5paisa;
    • Any activity that may cause reputational, financial, operational, or regulatory risk to 5paisa.
  18. No Advisory Relationship: The Referrer shall act only as a referrer and shall not provide investment advice, portfolio management services, securities recommendations, or any activity requiring registration under applicable laws and regulations.
  19. Confidentiality: The Referrer must maintain the confidentiality of all information related to the Referee and shall not disclose the same to any third party except as required by law.
  20. Offer Combination: This offer cannot be combined with any other referral, acquisition, or promotional offer unless specifically approved by 5paisa.
  21. Eligibility: The offer is valid only for customers identified and approved by 5paisa under its internal eligibility criteria and policies.
  22. Applicable Accounts: The Refer & Earn program is applicable only to eligible regular retail accounts.
  23. Excluded Accounts: The Refer & Earn program is not applicable to:
    • Plus One Accounts;
    • Youngvestor Accounts;
    • Partner/Franchise/Business Associate Accounts;
    • 5paisa Partners (formerly ProPartners);
    • Any other account category specifically excluded by the company from time to time.
  24. Reward Reversal: If a reward has been credited in error, or if subsequent verification reveals non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions, 5paisa reserves the right to reverse, recover, or adjust the reward amount without prior notice.
  25. Modification and Termination: 5paisa reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or terminate this offer or any part thereof at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  26. Final Authority: The decision of 5paisa regarding eligibility, referral attribution, reward qualification, customer classification, brokerage sharing calculations, SIP reward eligibility, or any dispute arising from this program shall be final and binding on all participants.
  27. Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. Please read all related documents carefully before investing. Account opening, trading, SIP investments, and all benefits remain subject to applicable SEBI regulations, Exchange regulations, and 5paisa internal policies.
