Alpine Texworld IPO price band was ₹100 to ₹105 per share. The lot size was 142 shares, and the minimum investment required by retail investors was ₹14,910 at the upper price band. Utilisation of IPO Proceeds
Since the IPO is entirely a fresh issue, the company will receive the net proceeds after issue expenses. Profit after tax stood at ₹21.72 crore in FY 2026, compared with ₹8.63 crore in FY 2025 and ₹4.88 crore in FY 2024. Total income increased to ₹350.18 crore in FY 2026 from ₹237.66 crore in FY 2025.
The company’s net worth attributable to owners stood at ₹72.88 crore as of March 31, 2026. Its strengths include integrated textile operations, installed weaving and spinning capacity, positive operating cash flow, solar power capacity, and a planned capacity expansion through a new weaving unit. Revenue from operations grew 44.40% year-on-year in FY 2026, while PAT grew 151.88%.
Investors should also note the risks. The company had total borrowings of ₹177.60 crore as of March 31, 2026 and a debt-to-equity ratio of 2.35 times. Its top 10 customers contributed 70.33% of FY 2026 revenue, and the business is exposed to cotton price volatility, textile industry cycles, working capital requirements and execution risks related to the proposed new weaving unit.
