Incorporated in 1993, Ardee Industries Limited is engaged in the sustainable recovery and recycling of end-of-life energy storage products and non-ferrous scrap. The company manufactures high-purity lead and specialised lead alloys used across energy storage, automotive, e-mobility and chemical applications.

Its product portfolio includes pure lead and alloys such as lead calcium, lead antimony, lead tin, lead silver and lead cadmium. The company had an installed recycling capacity of 1,56,950 MTPA, positioning it within India's organised lead recycling and circular-economy ecosystem.

The company's business benefits from rising demand for recycled metals, increasing focus on environmentally responsible disposal of end-of-life batteries and growing demand for lead products from energy storage and automotive industries.

Ardee Industries IPO is a book-built mainboard issue of ₹425.87 crore. It comprises a fresh issue of up to ₹320 crore and an offer for sale of approximately ₹105.87 crore. The IPO opened for subscription on August 5, 2026 and closed on August 7, 2026.

The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on August 10, 2026, with refunds and credit of shares scheduled for August 11. The shares are tentatively scheduled to list on BSE and NSE on August 12, 2026. The IPO price band was fixed at ₹50 to ₹53 per share.

Ardee Industries IPO Share Price and Investment Details

Ardee Industries IPO price band was fixed at ₹50 to ₹53 per share. The lot size is 281 shares, translating into a minimum retail investment of ₹14,893 at the upper end of the price band. The shares are proposed to be listed on both BSE and NSE.

Given the strong final subscription, particularly the 202.26 times QIB and 266.75 times NII demand in the provided data, investor interest remained robust ahead of allotment. Listing performance, however, will ultimately depend on prevailing market conditions and demand on the listing date.

Utilisation of IPO Proceeds

Ardee Industries proposes to use ₹220 crore from the net fresh issue proceeds towards funding incremental working capital requirements and ₹20 crore towards repayment or prepayment of certain outstanding borrowings. The balance is proposed to be used for general corporate purposes.

Since part of the IPO is an offer for sale, the company will not receive the proceeds attributable to shares sold by the selling shareholders.

Business Overview

Ardee Industries operates in the lead recycling and non-ferrous metals sector, with its business centred on recovering valuable materials from end-of-life energy storage products and other non-ferrous scrap. Its recycled lead and specialised alloys are supplied to industries such as automotive, energy storage, e-mobility and chemicals.

The company recorded strong financial growth ahead of the IPO. Revenue increased 57.2% to ₹1,167.7 crore in FY26, compared with ₹742.7 crore in FY25. Profit after tax increased approximately 154.5% to ₹84.7 crore, from ₹33.3 crore in the previous year.

Key strengths include its sizeable recycling capacity, diversified portfolio of lead alloys, exposure to energy-storage and automotive demand, established recycling operations and positioning within the circular economy. Demand for responsible recycling of batteries and other end-of-life products provides a structural growth opportunity for the company.

Investors should also consider risks associated with fluctuations in lead and other non-ferrous metal prices, dependence on scrap availability, environmental regulations, working-capital requirements and demand conditions in end-user sectors such as automotive and energy storage.
