Business Overview

Credent Connect N Care operates within India's healthcare ecosystem but follows a differentiated model centred on the pre-analytical and operational side of diagnostics. Rather than operating only as a conventional diagnostic laboratory, the company provides logistics, sample collection, workforce and technology services that help healthcare organisations manage their operations.

Its offerings include home sample collection through trained phlebotomists, stationed phlebotomy teams at hospitals and laboratories, deployment of laboratory technicians and paramedical staff, and specialised intra-state and inter-state logistics for healthcare products and diagnostic samples.

As of September 30, 2025, the company operated a fleet of 94 commercial vehicles for sample transportation and related logistics activities. It was headquartered in Ashok Vihar, Delhi, with two warehouses and four branch offices, including locations in Mumbai, Pune, Chennai and Varanasi.

The company's total income increased from approximately ₹59.93 crore in FY23 to ₹76.02 crore in FY24 and ₹78.24 crore in FY25. Profit after tax, however, declined from approximately ₹2.70 crore in FY23 to ₹2.66 crore in FY24 and ₹2.25 crore in FY25.

Key strengths include its integrated healthcare logistics model, presence across multiple healthcare service verticals, temperature-controlled sample transportation capabilities, technology-enabled operations and established relationships with diagnostic and healthcare institutions.

Investors should also consider risks associated with dependence on healthcare-sector clients, relatively modest profitability, working-capital requirements, execution of time-sensitive healthcare logistics, dependence on trained field personnel, regulatory requirements and competition from other healthcare logistics and diagnostic service providers.
