Utilisation of IPO Proceeds

Kwick Forensic Solutions proposes to utilise ₹31.42 crore from the fresh issue proceeds towards funding its working-capital requirements. This represents the primary identified use of funds from the fresh issue.

The company's business involves supplying specialised forensic kits, equipment and integrated solutions, including projects secured through tenders. This can require maintaining inventory and funding procurement, fabrication and integration costs before customer payments are received.

The remaining eligible fresh issue proceeds are proposed to be utilised towards general corporate purposes, subject to the limits specified in the offer documents.

Since the IPO also includes an offer for sale of approximately ₹9.72 crore, Kwick Forensic Solutions will not receive the proceeds attributable to shares sold by the existing selling shareholders.
