SBI Funds Management IPO Share Sale and Investment Details

The SBI Funds Management IPO is entirely an Offer for Sale of up to 17.09 crore equity shares. State Bank of India will sell up to 9.95 crore shares, while Amundi India Holding will offer up to 7.14 crore shares. The final offer size was revised after pre-IPO share sale transactions completed on July 9, 2026, under which SBI sold 2.88 crore shares and Amundi India Holding sold 39.19 lakh shares. 

Given the overall subscription of 41.66 times, with exceptional institutional demand at 140.11 times, strong NII participation at 22.51 times, and healthy retail subscription at 3.76 times, the IPO witnessed robust investor interest across categories.

Utilisation of IPO Proceeds

SBI Funds Management IPO is entirely an offer for sale. Accordingly, the Company will not receive any proceeds from the issue, and all proceeds will go to the selling shareholders, namely State Bank of India and Amundi India Holding.
