SFC Environmental, Birla Cable and ESDS Software hit upper circuit limits

Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) subscribed to 18.81 times the offer size. Non-institutional investors and retail investors subscribed 12.81 times and 2.71 times respectively to the offer size.

The ₹667.53-crore IPO comprised a fresh issue of 45.45 lakh shares worth ₹150 crore and an offer for sale of 1.57 crore shares worth ₹517.53 crore.

Out of the net issue amount of ₹42.23 crores, SFC Environmental Technologies shall utilize the amount towards prepayment of outstanding amount in respect of certain existing borrowings. The amount of ₹74.92 crores shall be utilized towards working capital requirements.

Wastewater treatment, recycling and reuse, as well as solid waste treatment are services provided by the company, as disclosed by the company itself.

SFC Environmental Technologies’ total income grew 13% to Rs 821 crores in FY26 from Rs 727 crores in FY25. Its Profit after tax (PAT) grew to Rs 160 crores from Rs 152 crores in the year.
