Sunil Singhania reduced his holdings in Mastek, TTK Healthcare, Denta Water, and Infra. There were no new additions during the quarter, indicating buy and hold strategy.

Mastek
Sunil Singhania pared his stake in Mastek to 2.8% in the December quarter from 2.9% in the September quarter. Mastek is an IT company that offers business and technology services, including application development and maintenance, business intelligence, and data warehousing.
The company is a preferred part of Oracle, Amazon Web Services, Snowflake, and Microsoft. Mastek is diversifying its geographical footprint in the United Kingdom and North America. The company is also leaning toward an AI-first delivery model with a focus on Return on Investment.
It is working with around a dozen customers to build AI for business transformation road maps. The execution is expected to begin in FY27. However, the order backlog is negative, as seen across the industry. Mastek states that clients are signing up for shorter commitments of 1 year or 6 months.
While Singhania reduced shareholding in Mastek, he exited from a consumer-focused entity and an infrastructure play.

TTK Healthcare
Sunil Singhania's stake in TTK Healthcare fell below 1% in the December quarter, down from 1.1% in the last quarter. This stock first appeared in Singhania's Abakkus Funds during the September 2023 quarter with a 1.1% stake. TTK has a diversified presence across pharmaceuticals, consumer products, medical devices, contraceptives, and the food industry.
It is part of the TT Krishnamachari Group, a conglomerate with a presence of more than 60 years. The group's flagship company, TTK Prestige, is one of India's leading kitchen appliances companies.

Denta Water and Infra Solutions
In Denta Water and Infra, Singhania also reduced his stake to below 1% as per the December shareholding pattern, down from 1.3% in the September quarter. Singhania's Abakkus Diversified Alpha Fund-2 first bought 1.3% stake in Denta during the March 2025 quarter.
Denta Water is an infrastructure company with a presence in the water sector. The business is heavily supported by central government initiatives, specifically the Jal Jeevan Mission (rural water supply), AMRUT (urban water supply), Swachh Bharat, and the Atal Jal programme (groundwater recharging).

Conclusion
This quarterly report shows that Sunil Singhania is selectively taking profits by reducing his holdings across sectors such as IT, consumer health, and water infrastructure. There haven't been any new entries, indicating a cautious hold strategy in the near term. This consolidation shows that he is focusing on capital allocation and may even be rethinking risk as the market consolidates.
