Technocraft Industries Names Nine Executives as Senior Management Personnel

Nine current executives of Technocraft Industries (India) Ltd. have been designated as senior management personnel, after a revision of their designation and responsibilities. 

These revisions were approved by the company’s board on September 29, on the recommendation of its Nomination and Remuneration Committee. These designations will become effective from October 1, 2026. 

The executives designated as SMPs are Deepak Mishra, CEO – Extrusion and Formwork Division; Amit Musaddy, Chief Strategy Officer; Ketan Oza, Senior Vice President – Textile Marketing; Praveen Nimbalkar, Chief Operating Officer – Textile; Yogesh Chaturvedi, Head of Procurement; Shilpa Kulkarni, DGM – Human Resources; Rajesh Naik, Senior VP & Business Head – Apparel Division; Vikas Patangia, GM Corporate – Legal Affairs; and Madan Yadav, Sr. Vice President – Formwork. 

All nine executives are existing full-time employees of the company. 

Experienced executives take senior management roles 

Deepak Mishra has been associated with the Technocraft Group since 1990. He currently heads the Extrusion and Formwork divisions as CEO and is also associated with Anhui Reliable Steel Technology Co. Ltd. His work has covered the group’s businesses in India and China. 

Chief Strategy Officer Amit Musaddy joined Technocraft in 2021. He holds a Master of Commerce degree from Sydenham College, is a Chartered Accountant and has completed an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. His responsibilities span strategy, operational efficiency, competitive positioning and strategic partnerships across the company’s global operations. 

Ketan Oza joined Technocraft Industries in 1997 as Marketing Manager for cotton yarn exports. Now serving as Senior Vice President – Textile Marketing, he has close to three decades of experience covering international textile marketing, business development, market expansion and customer relationships. 

Praveen Nimbalkar brings more than 30 years of experience in the apparel and textile industry. His career includes experience with Calida AG, Nike, Marks & Spencer and Columbia Sportswear. At Technocraft Fashions, his responsibilities include the Apparel and Textile business, with a focus on growth, people, digital transformation and sustainability. 

Procurement, HR and apparel leadership included 

Yogesh Chaturvedi, who has been with Technocraft since 2003, serves as Head of Procurement. His responsibilities include strategic sourcing, vendor development, commercial negotiations, supplier performance and cost optimisation. 

Shilpa Kulkarni has more than 18 years of experience in human resources. Her work covers HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, compliance and HR systems. She also oversees administrative functions such as facilities, employee services and workplace operations. 

Rajesh Naik brings more than 36 years of experience in the apparel industry. He was associated with the organisation for more than 21 years as a business associate before joining it full-time in 2020. He currently heads marketing and business growth for the Apparel Division and holds a PGDM in Retail Management from Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research, Mumbai. 

Legal affairs and formwork executives also designated as SMPs 

Vikas Patangia has 35 years of experience in corporate legal affairs, statutory compliance, dispute resolution and regulatory governance. An MBA in Marketing, his responsibilities also extend to renewable energy integration, industrial energy efficiency and carbon footprint reduction. 

Madan Yadav, meanwhile, has 13 years of sales experience, including eight years with the Technocraft Group. He currently heads India Sales for Technocraft Formwork and manages key customer relationships across the country. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in commerce from the University of Rajasthan. 

Technocraft Industries disclosed the changes to the BSE and National Stock Exchange under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. The company is listed under the symbol TIIL on the NSE and scrip code 532804 on the BSE.
