UltraTech Cement share price ends nearly flat at ₹10,700 on September 16

UltraTech Cement share price closed September 16 at ₹10,700, up just ₹3 or 0.03% from the previous close of ₹10,697. The nearly flat closing change concealed much wider movement during the day. UltraTech opened at ₹10,777, climbed to ₹10,880 and later fell to ₹10,639. 

That created a ₹241 high-low range around a final day-on-day change of only ₹3. The closing price was ₹61 above the low and ₹180 below the high. It also finished ₹77 beneath its opening value. Volume reached 244,834 shares, while market capitalisation stood at ₹3,15,307 crore. 

Moving-average gaps were large. The 50-day DMA stood at ₹11,489, putting the closing price ₹789 lower. The 100-day DMA was ₹11,581.50, leaving a difference of ₹881.50. UltraTech's 200-day DMA reached ₹11,674.60, which was ₹974.60 above the September 16 close.
