Gem Aromatics Limited, with over 20 years of expertise, is set to launch a ₹451.25 crore IPO. The company manufactures speciality ingredients such as essential oils, aroma chemicals, and value-added derivatives, offering 70 products across four categories. Serving 225 domestic and 44 international customers in 18 countries, it caters to industries including oral care, cosmetics, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, and wellness through direct B2B sales and global distribution channels.

Gem Aromatics Objectives

1. The company will use part of the proceeds to prepay or repay certain outstanding borrowings of the company and its subsidiary, Krystal Ingredients Private Limited.
