Growth Drivers and Challenges

Growth Drivers:

Vertically Integrated Operations: Manufactures cotton yarn and grey fabric through integrated spinning and weaving operations at two adjacent units in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Backward Integration: Commissioned a dedicated spinning facility in 2025 to reduce dependence on third-party yarn suppliers and improve cost control. Expanded Weaving Capacity: Through subsidiary Alpine Cottweave LLP, consolidated weaving capacity stands at 276 lakh metres annually, combining 112 Toyota shuttleless air-jet looms and 72 Picanol air-jet looms.

Renewable Energy Footprint: Installed 10.3 MW of solar capacity across rooftop and ground-mounted facilities to offset energy costs and strengthen long-term cost competitiveness.

Gujarat Advantage: Leverages the state's cotton ecosystem and mature textile infrastructure.

Challenges:

Product Concentration: Grey fabric alone accounts for nearly 97% of total revenue from operations, leaving the business heavily exposed to a single product segment.

Raw Material Price Volatility: Fluctuations in cotton and yarn prices can weigh on operating margins.
Muted Investor Sentiment: The tepid 1.40x subscription and immediate post-listing lower circuit indicate cautious institutional appetite.

Competitive Industry: Faces intense competition from domestic textile manufacturers, particularly in the commodity-linked grey fabric segment.

Utilisation of IPO Proceeds

The company plans to utilise the net proceeds from the fresh issue primarily towards:

Setting up a new weaving unit at proposed Manufacturing Unit 3 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to expand grey fabric production capacity - ₹30.71 crore.

Prepayment or repayment, in part or full, of certain outstanding borrowings, ₹52.20 crore.

The remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
