BCPL Railways surges over 7% upon bagging two significant orders today!
The management is quite optimistic about similar projects to come on a PAN India basis.
BCPL Railway Infrastructure Limited, a company engaged in the field of railway infrastructure development, announced today that it has secured two orders today.
The first secured order pertains to 25KV OHE under the BSP Division of South East Central Railway and another one is of TSS (Traction Sub-station) under Delhi Division of Northern Railway. With respect to the first order, the company has secured a work order for electrification of the 3rd Line between Singapur Road to Vilayatkala Road including modification of yards by 2x25 KV OHE in connection with Annuppur to Katni 3rd Line in Bilaspur Division under South East Central Railway. The project cost of this order stands at Rs 392.51 million (Rs 39.25 crore).
Similarly, for the second order, the company has secured a project of improvement work at TSS over Delhi Division under Northern Railway. The cost of this project stands at Rs 13.67 million (Rs 1.36 crore).
The cumulative value of both the orders stands at Rs 406.18 million (Rs 40.61 crore). The management is quite optimistic about similar projects to come on pan India basis. The company’s business activities include designing, drawing, supplying, erecting and commissioning 25KV, 50 Hz Single Phase Traction Overhead Equipment.
In the recent quarter Q4FY22, the company’s topline increased by 70.25% QoQ to Rs 34.87 crore. Similarly, the bottom line increased by 71.87% QoQ to Rs 3.26 crore.
The company is currently trading at a TTM PE of 7.38x, as against the industry PE of 17.91x. In FY22, the company delivered an ROE & ROCE of 9.61% and 14.93%, respectively.
At 3.24 pm, the shares of BCPL Railway Infrastructure Ltd were trading at Rs 35, an increase of 7.03% from the previous day’s closing price of Rs 32.70 on BSE. The stock has a 52-week high & low of Rs 63.40 and Rs 31 respectively on BSE.
