Novus Loyalty Ltd, incorporated in 2011 providing technology-driven loyalty and rewards solutions for Fintech, E-commerce, Banking, FMCG, and Real Estate industries offering On-premises and SaaS models with AI-powered analytics serving customers across nine Indian states and internationally in UAE, USA, Australia, and Puerto Rico with 50 personnel, made a weak debut on BSE SME on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. The Novus Loyalty share price opened flat at ₹146.00 at issue price before slipping to ₹138.70 near lower circuit, trading around ₹139.00 (down 4.79%).

Novus Loyalty Listing Details

Novus Loyalty launched its IPO at ₹146 per share with minimum investment of 2,000 shares costing ₹2,92,000 raising ₹60.15 crore including ₹16.50 crore from anchor investors. The IPO barely scraped through with subscription of only 1.55 times - retail investors at 1.82 times, NII weakly subscribed at 1.17 times.

First-Day Trading Performance

Listing Price: Novus Loyalty stock price opened flat at ₹146.00 at issue price, touched low of ₹138.70 near lower circuit before trading around ₹139.00 (down 4.79%), with VWAP at ₹145.14. The weak listing created investor losses with turnover of ₹24.29 crore, traded volume of 16.74 lakh shares, delivery of 100%, and market capitalisation declining to ₹216.15 crore against pre-IPO market cap of ₹227.03 crore.

International Presence: Operations spanning UAE, USA, Australia, and Puerto Rico alongside domestic presence across nine Indian states diversifying revenue base.

Challenges:

Sustainability Concerns: Analyst warns boosted margins from FY24 onwards and bumper H1 FY26 profits raise eyebrows with possible window dressing for IPO valuations.

Small Scale Operations: Revenue of ₹104.63 crore with only 50 personnel indicating limited scale, small equity base post-IPO hints at longer duration for mainboard migration.

Utilisation of IPO Proceeds

Product Development: ₹13.00 crore for investment in upgrading, enhancement, and development of new products.

Net Profit: ₹5.80 crore for H1 FY26 (already exceeding full FY25), ₹3.58 crore in FY25, growth from ₹2.96 crore in FY24 and ₹0.55 crore in FY23, with post-IPO EPS of ₹7.47 and P/E of 19.56x.
