Seven IPOs, 11 Listings Set to Keep Primary Market Busy This Week

India’s primary market is gearing up for another busy week, with seven companies scheduled to launch initial public offerings (IPOs) and 11 firms preparing to debut on the stock exchanges. The upcoming offerings are expected to mobilise nearly ₹3,500 crore, led by three mainboard IPOs.
After a series of active public issues in recent weeks, the pipeline remains strong as companies across sectors tap the capital markets. The week will feature both mainboard and SME offerings, while several recently concluded issues are also scheduled to complete their listing process.
Three Mainboard IPOs to Raise Over ₹3,000 Crore
Ardee Industries will become the first mainboard IPO to open this week when its public issue launches on August 5. The New Delhi-based lead recycling company has fixed a price band of ₹50-53 per share and aims to raise up to ₹425.86 crore through a fresh issue of ₹320 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.99 crore shares worth ₹105.86 crore.
Wastewater treatment solutions provider Technocraft Ventures will open its maiden IPO on August 7. The issue consists of a fresh issue of 95.05 lakh equity shares and an OFS of 23.76 lakh shares by the promoter. The company is yet to announce its price band.
Also opening on August 7 is LEAP India, the largest offering of the week. Backed by KKR, the supply chain management and asset pooling services provider plans to raise ₹2,480 crore through a fresh issue of ₹480 crore and an OFS of ₹2,000 crore. LEAP India will also disclose its price band on August 3.
SME Segment Remains Active
Four SME IPOs are also lined up during the week, together targeting around ₹341.8 crore.
Anawil Wire & Engineering will open its ₹177.8-crore IPO on August 3. The Gujarat-based windmill tower manufacturer has fixed a price band of ₹257-270 per share and had already raised ₹50 crore from anchor investors on July 31.
Aegeus Technologies will launch its ₹23.71-crore issue between August 4 and August 6, while auto components manufacturer LAPL Automotive will open its ₹32.4-crore IPO on August 6.
Optimystix Entertainment India will launch the final SME IPO of the week on August 7. The company plans to raise ₹107.88 crore through a fresh issue and an OFS, with the price band fixed at ₹165-174 per share.
Ongoing Issues and Listing Calendar
Among the ongoing public issues, Juniper Green Energy and MV Electrosystems will close their subscription on August 3. As of July 31, Juniper Green Energy’s IPO had been subscribed 47%, while MV Electrosystems received bids for 12.03 times the shares on offer.
In the SME segment, subscriptions for Dhaval Packaging and Oneindig Technologies will close on August 3, while GV Electricals and Fusion Klassroom Edutech will conclude on August 4. Subscription data available till July 31 showed Dhaval Packaging subscribed 1.36 times, GV Electricals 2.02 times, Oneindig Technologies 80%, and Fusion Klassroom Edutech 73%.
The listing calendar is equally packed. Manipal Health Enterprises will make its stock market debut on August 5, followed by Juniper Green Energy and MV Electrosystems on August 6. In the SME space, Propshop Events & Exhibitions and Advance Technoforge will list on August 3, while Poojaa Precision Engg, HR Hygiene Products, Dhaval Packaging, Oneindig Technologies, GV Electricals and Fusion Klassroom Edutech are scheduled to debut between August 4 and August 7, extending the steady flow of new listings in the primary market.
