Net Profit: Rs 9,878 crore compared to Rs 16,171 crore during Q2FY24, change -38.9%. Board has approved interim dividend of 120%, i.e. Rs 6.00 on each equity share of Rs 5. The total payout on this account will be Rs 7,548 crore.

Since last press release on 20th May 2024, ONGC has declared 3 more discoveries (01 in onland and 02 in offshore) in its operated acreages. Out of these, 02 are prospect (1 in onland, 1 in offshore) and 1 is new pool (onland) discovery. Net Profit: Rs 10,236 crore in Q1FY25, which represents a 42.8% decrease compared to Rs 17,893 crore in Q1FY24. Net Profit (Attributable to Owners): Rs 9,936 crore in Q1FY25, reflecting a 32.1% decrease compared to Rs 14,644 crore in Q1FY24.

Second Interim Dividend: The company declared a second interim dividend of Rs 4.00 per share, amounting to a total payout of Rs 5,032 crore. Gross Revenue: Gross revenue was reported at Rs 1,65,569 crore for Q3FY24, with a negative variance of 2.2% compared to Q3 FY'23. Net Profit Comparison: Q3FY24 saw a 7.9% decrease in net profit compared to Q3FY23, which stood at Rs 11,665 crore. Realization Per Barrel: For crude oil price-nominated, the realization was $76.44 per barrel, and for the gas price, it was $6.50 per mmbtu. Production Performance Crude Oil: ONGC produced 4.552 MMT of crude oil in FY'24, reflecting a decrease of 2.0% from FY'23. Total Crude Oil: The total crude oil, including condensate, was 5.219 MMT for FY24, a decrease of 3.3%.
