Yajur Fibres Limited is engaged in the manufacturing of cottonised bast fibres and yarns, catering to the textile industry. The company specialises in processing flax, jute, and hemp into cottonised fibres and yarns used in apparel, home textiles, and industrial applications. Its product portfolio includes flax yarn, jute yarn, cottonised flax fibre, cottonised jute fibre, and cottonised hemp fibre. Yajur Fibres supplies to domestic textile manufacturers and also serves export-oriented customers through its distribution network.

The company proposes to utilise the Net Proceeds from the Issue towards the following objectives:  

• Funding capital expenditure for expansion of manufacturing facilities and processing infrastructure.

• Meeting incremental working capital requirements. 
• General corporate purposes.
