Utilisation of IPO Proceeds

ABH Healthcare proposes to utilise the proceeds from the fresh issue primarily to support its business expansion plans and strengthen its operational capabilities. The company intends to deploy the capital raised towards enhancing manufacturing capacity, supporting growth initiatives and meeting business requirements as outlined in the offer documents.

A portion of the proceeds is expected to be utilised towards funding working capital requirements. Additional working capital can help the company support inventory management, expand distribution capabilities and manage day-to-day operational needs more effectively.

The company may also utilise part of the issue proceeds for general corporate purposes, including strategic initiatives, brand development and strengthening its overall financial position.

Since the IPO includes an offer-for-sale component, ABH Healthcare will not receive the proceeds attributable to shares sold by the existing shareholders. Those proceeds will be received directly by the selling shareholders.

The utilisation mix indicates that the fresh capital is aimed at supporting business growth, improving operational efficiency and providing additional financial flexibility for the company's future expansion plans.
