Dharmaj Crop Guard IPO worth Rs. 251.15 crore, consisted of a fresh issue of Rs. 216 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of Rs. 35.15 crore. It may be recollected that while the fresh issue component infuses fresh funds into the company and also dilutes the equity and EPS, the OFS is just a transfer of ownership and hence there is no dilution of equity or EPS.

The issue was overall subscribed 35.49 times at close, with the maximum subscription coming from the HNI / NII segment, which got subscribed over 52.29 times. While the QIB segment got subscribed about 48.21 times, the retail portion got subscribed 21.53 times. Most of the QIB subscriptions came in on the last day of the IPO, which is the norm. The price band for the IPO was Rs. 216 to Rs. 237, and looking at the response, it looks fairly likely that the price discovery would eventually happen at the upper end of the price band.

The basis of allotment will be finalized late on Monday, 05th December 2022, while the refunds to non-allottees would be initiated on 06th December 2022. The demat credits are expected to happen on 06th December 2022 while the listing of the stock on the NSE and the BSE will happen on 08th December 2022. The basis of allotment is finalized in 2 working days, but the delay is due to the weekend coming in between. If you have applied for the IPO, you can check your allotment status online.

You can either check your allotment status on the BSE website or the IPO registrar, Link Intime India Private Limited. Here are the steps.
