The stock of Share India Securities continued to surge on Thursday, September 10, gaining nearly 12% to reach its fresh 52-week high amid heavy volumes, as a result of healthy buying seen in the stock for the second consecutive day.

The share started at ₹190.05, against the last closing price of ₹189.75, and went on to gain 11.7% to ₹212.

Volume has also surged multifold, by over 19 times.

While on Wednesday, it gained 11%. In the last two days, the stock has gained more than 24%

NCLT Approval Brings Amalgamation Into Focus

The rally comes after Share India Securities announced on September 8 that the National Company Law Tribunal’s Ahmedabad Bench-I had approved the amalgamation of Silverleaf Capital Services Private Limited with the company.

The NCLT approved the scheme on September 7.

A separate corporate development followed a day later, when Share India Securities announced plans for the early redemption of two sets of non-convertible debentures.

The first consists of 5,000 NCDs with a face value of ₹37,500 each, aggregating to ₹18.75 crore.

The second covers 4,990 NCDs carrying a face value of ₹1 lakh each, taking the total to ₹49.90 crore.

These NCDs were originally scheduled to mature on June 10, 2027. The company has now set September 30, 2026, as the early redemption date.

The decision had already received the required consent from NCD holders at a meeting held on September 1.

FY26 Income, EBITDA Up; Profit Down Slightly

Share India Securities reported a mixed bag of financial results for FY26.

Profit after tax fell 1.1% to ₹324 crore YoY. The margin on PAT margin was also down by 58 bps at 22.07%.

Other financial parameters have shown an increase during the year. Total income was up 1.47% to ₹1,470 crore, while EBITDA was up 12.58% to ₹605 crore.

While there was an increase in EBITDA, the margin too grew by 406 bps YoY to 41.18%.

Stock Gains 60% in Three Months

The latest two-day surge adds to a much broader recovery in Share India Securities shares.

The stock has climbed around 60% over the past three months.

Its 52-week low of ₹115.25 was recorded on March 30. At Thursday’s high of ₹212, the stock was around 84% above that level.

For now, the sharp price action has coincided with two recent corporate developments — NCLT approval for the Silverleaf Capital Services amalgamation and the decision to redeem ₹68.65 crore worth of NCDs ahead of their scheduled maturity.

With the stock touching ₹212 on Thursday, Share India Securities has now moved from its 52-week low to a new one-year high in less than six months.
