Domestic benchmark indices were trading lower with BSE Consumer Durables Index trending among all sectoral indices.

On Thursday, the benchmark indices were trading lower with Sensex down around 388 points or 0.67% at 57,168.90, and the Nifty trading down by 105 points or 0.62% at 16,867.15. About 688 shares have advanced, 2,204 declined, and 101 are unchanged on the BSE.

Top gainers and losers On BSE Sensex Index are as follows: 
The top Sensex gainers were Titan India, Hindustan Unilever and Nestle India whereas the top Sensex losers were Tata Steel, IndusInd Bank and ICICI Bank.

The BSE Consumer Durables Index was the top gaining among the sectorial indices and BSE Metals Index was the top losing sector. The BSE Consumer Durables Index soared 0.56%, led by Titan India and Dixon Technologies Ltd while the BSE Metals Index was down 3.55% dragged down by National Aluminium and Tata Steel.
