Incorporated in 2019, EPACK Durable Limited is the second largest room air conditioner original design manufacturer (ODM) in the country by units as of FY23. The company also makes a variety of different components including sheet metal, injection moulded, cross-flow fans and PCBA components used in making RACs in addition to induction cooktops, mixer grinders, and water dispensers. It is also expanding its operations in the small domestic appliances (SDA) market.
EPACK Durable Limited plans to utilize the raised capital from the IPO to: – To fulfill working capital requirements for the expansion/setting up of manufacturing facilities. – To repay or prepay outstanding borrowings availed by the company. – General corporate purposes.
