About the Company

Pyramid Technoplast Limited, founded in 1997, makes polymer-based molded products (Polymer Drums) that are primarily used for packaging by chemical, agrochemical, specialty chemical, and pharmaceutical firms.

Objective

The company intends to utilize the net proceeds from the issue towards the funding of the following objects: Repayment and/or pre-payment, in full or part, of certain outstanding borrowings availed by the company Funding working capital requirements of the company General corporate purposes.
