Bajaj Auto Shares Rise After Record Q4 Profit

Bajaj Auto shares rose around 2% after the company reported its highest-ever standalone quarterly profit for Q4 FY26.

According to the company filing, standalone profit after tax stood at ₹2,746 crore for the quarter ended March 31, recording a 34% year-on-year increase. Revenue from operations rose 32% to ₹16,006 crore compared to ₹12,148 crore in the same quarter last year.

The company said growth in domestic demand and export volumes supported revenue during the quarter.

Paytm Shares Move Higher After Quarterly Profit

Paytm parent One97 Communications gained nearly 2% after reporting a net profit of ₹183 crore for the March quarter.

The company had posted a net loss of ₹545 crore during the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

According to the earnings statement, the company also reported its first annual net profit at ₹552 crore for FY26, compared to a loss of ₹663 crore in FY25.

The fintech company said payment services and merchant business contributed to operational performance during the quarter.

Muthoot Microfin Shares Trade Lower

Muthoot Microfin shares traded lower despite the company reporting improved quarterly earnings.

Net profit stood at ₹71.1 crore for Q4 FY26 against a loss of ₹401.1 crore in the year-ago period. Net interest income increased 20.1% year-on-year to ₹400.3 crore from ₹333.3 crore, according to the company filing.

Servotech Renewable Gains On Solar Project

Servotech Renewable Power System shares rose about 2% after the company secured a 1,415 kW solar rooftop project order from the South Central Railway, Vijayawada Division.

The company informed exchanges that the order is related to installation work under its renewable energy business operations.

Meanwhile, Waaree Energies shares traded marginally higher after its subsidiary signed a power purchase agreement with the Solar Energy Corporation of India for a 300 MW wind power project in Dwarka.

Corporate earnings announcements and project updates continued to keep stock-specific activity in focus during the trading session.
